A Note to Customers:  An adult must be available to sign for the package.  During summer and winter months, we recommend that customers outside of CA ship their wine via 3-Day Air to avoid extreme heat or cold damage during shipping.  All ground shipments are shipped on Monday or Tuesday to attempt to have them delivered to you before the weekend, however, Ventana is not responsible for delays or damages due to ground delivery.

Flight Club Members:  If you are concerned that your Flight Club Discount or Shipping Charges are being calculated incorrectly by our online shopping cart, please put a note in the "Add a note about your order" field when you check out.  Someone will contact you within one business day to confirm the charges and apply any credits that may be necessary.  Thank you for understanding that, at times, even technology is limited!
