This is a wine with a bouquet to enjoy, full of tropical fruit, vanilla and citrus blossoms. On the palate the fruit flavors are foremost with peach, nectarine and citrus. The wine is medium bodied with just enough residual sugar to enhance the fruit. Serve well chilled as an aperitif or serve with almond biscotti or marzipan cake as dessert.

At Ventana, we grow a small amount of Orange Muscat grapes. This is one varietal that when it blooms, you can actually smell sweetness in the blossoms.
After gentle pressing, Reggie settles the juice for 36-48 hours. Next step is to rack into tanks where we ferment cool. Fermentation lasted 5 weeks for optimum fresh flavors.
BOTTLE SIZE: 375ml The half bottle is typical of sweet dessert wines. All other Ventana wines are the standarnd 750 ml size.
