2008 Pastiche Cabernet Sauvignon
Adding to the Pastiche Family of wines, this Cabernet Sauvignon presents a deep rich ruby purple color. The nose has a good bit of spicy pepper, cedar and dark fruit. The palate shows strong stucture, loganberry, blackberry and briar flavors. The wine has medium body tannins for age-ability and a long full finish. This bold, rich wine is great with beef or lamb.

2008 Ventana Due Amici
Italian for "Two Friends", the 2008 Due Amici is a blend of 70% Tempranillo and 30% Cabernet Sauvignon. The ripe dark fruit flavors of the Tempranillo blend fantistically with the structured and more tannic Cabernet Sauvignon. This wine is approachable now but will cellar, it you wish, for 7 to 10 years. The result is a well balanced wine that will compliment hearty foods or as a sipping wine.

2009 Ventana Chardonnay, "Gold Stripe"
The 2009 vintage is a balanced blend of two winemaking methods. Half of the Chardonnay is fermented in stainless steel to keep lively apple, pear, pineapple and lemon notes. The second half is barrel fermented (20% new French Oak and the remainder in 2-year-old French Oak) and aged on the lees to develop buttery, and vanilla flavors for a creamy full-mouth-feel. It is a perfect balance of fruit, oak and acidity that makes this an exceptional sipping and very food friendly Chardonnay. It pairs nicely with Coq au Vin, or a simple dish or scalloped potatoes.

2009 Pinot Noir
An explosion of vibrant cherry, raspberry and cranberry is what you will experience when tasting our 2009 Pinot Noir. Ten months of barrel aging rounds out the flavor complexities with a touch of smokiness and vanilla. This food friendly Pinot Noir is a pleasing accompaniment to almost any entree from almond encrusted salmon to duck in cherry reduction sauce.

2010 Orange Muscat
This is a wine with a bouquet to enjoy, full of tropical fruit, vanilla and citrus blossoms. On the palate the fruit flavors are foremost with peach, nectarine and citrus. The wine is medium bodied with just enough residual sugar to enhance the fruit. Serve well chilled as an aperitif or with marinated seasonal fruit and vanilla ice cream.
