Ventana Vineyards complies with state laws, and currently allows internet orders to be directly shipped to the following states: Alaska*, California, Colorado, Hawaii, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, Louisiana, Minnesota, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oregon, South Carolina, Tennessee*, Texas, Virginia, Washington, Washington D.C., West Virginia, Wisconsin and Wyoming.

Unfortunately it is completely prohibited for Ventana Vineyards to ship via the internet to any of the following states: Alabama, Arkansas, Connecticut, Delaware, Indiana, Kentucky, Maine, Maryland, Mississippi, Montana, New Jersey, Oklahoma, Rhode Island, South Dakota, Utah, and Vermont.

Ventana Vineyards only sells and ships wine to persons 21 years of age or older. By placing an order with Ventana Vinyards you certify under penalty of perjury that you and the recipient of this shipment are at least 21 years old. Wine may only be delivered to persons 21 years and older. For delivery, make sure that a person over 21 years of age is available to SIGN for the wine at the delivery address.
